FAQ

Am I entitled to attend?

If you are an EPRA member (or  association partner) or you will become one by the date of the EPRA Conference (5 September 2017), you can register to participate to our flagship event.

Is there a Fee?

The 2017 standard fee for all delegates is 1250 EUR, payable before the event. Please note that as of this year, we have introduced the ability to pay by credit card. 

Invoices should be settled within 30 days of invoicing. All payments should be received before the conference to give you access to the event.


As a sponsor you can benefit from free seats - contact us if you would like to become our partner!

Cancelation Policy

By registering for the conference, attendees agree to the following cancellation policy. If the registration coordinator, EPRA, is notified in writing of a cancellation, following EPRA's registration confirmation (by email:conference@epra.com) before or on August 06, 2017, a 50% of the conference fee payment is requested; after August 06, 2017, the full fee payment will be payable. Registration can be transferred to another person in your company.Accommodation is not included in the conference registration fee, and The Landmark room cancellation terms apply. Questions about the programme and logistics should be sent to: conference@epra.com.

 

Other questions

Q: Can I come accompanied? 

A: EPRA Conference is a business only event. Registration to participate is possible only if the company you work for is an EPRA member or partner.


Q: Do I need to attend all three days? 

A: No, you can choose which days and sessions you want to attend - please note that we have a fixed fee for attending the conference. 


Q: Does EPRA take care of accomodation? 

A: Each delegate needs to arrange for their own accomodation - please note EPRA will give access to a preferential rate at the event venue The Landmark, once your registration is processed.
